Simon Standish

Simon Standish is a Director of Change FX offering change, project management and leadership development consultancy. He has 30 years experience as a corporate manager, external consultant and interim project manager, with a first degree in Economic History and an MBA.

His early career was in the oil industry working for Esso and Phillips Petroleum. Here he learned the virtues and skills of strong process management. The disciplines of project management and consulting came with his time at Price Waterhouse and Kinsley Lord. A secondment to the National Health Service to project manage the merger of three organisations, fully ignited his passion to work on an interim basis to help secure real change for clients. Simon’s clients now include a range of private, public and voluntary sector organisations providing health and well being services. He also has experience as a non executive director of a hospital group.
